The tool will not be used but returned to Marshall for testing. The next phase of operations will build tools that may be tested in space.
The International Space Station's 3-D printer completed the first phase of a NASA technology demonstration by printing a ratchet wrench.

Santa came early to Wallops and recently delivered this C-130 to support NASA's Airborne Science Program. The aircraft came from the United States Coast Guard. Dubbed NASA 436, the aircraft will support the Atmospheric Carbon Transport - America project in thefall 2015
